The Course Plan’s functions

The Course Plan makes it easy to make a plan of your study programme. You can add, edit and delete courses and academic years to your liking until your plan is complete.

You have the possibility to make several course plans. It Is important to save the web address for each course plan you create in order to be able to return to your desired plan.

At the top of the screen you can give your course plan a title, type your name, your email, the name of your study programme and your UCPH username.

It is optional to fill in these fields, but you have to provide an email address in order to use the Course Plan’s email service.

Editing courses

When you have created a course you will be able to edit and duplicate the course, move the course to another academic year and also see information in detail about the course by moving the pointer over the course.

Furthermore you can easily move the course to another block or extend the size of the course by pulling in the corners of the course.

It is not possible to create courses that extend into another academic year. If you have a course that lasts from one academic year into another, you will have to separate the course into two parts, by creating a part in each of the academic years.
